| Qualifications 2006-2007: Three Dance instructor’s certificates and awarded as “Recommended Egyptian Dance instructor in Greece” by Mahmoud Reda (National Academy of Cairo, decorated by President Nasser in 1967 with the order of Arts and Sciences and founder of the Reda Troupe) and Farida Fahmy (Reda Troupe Dancer) 2006: Nominated as Member of the International Dance Council CID 2003: Certificate in Life guarding and First Aid for the International Red Cross and the Hellenic Lifeguard Association (ENAK) 2002: BA in Video editing, Visual Arts and Cinematography 1997: BA in Photography and Video Arts Dance Studies & Seminars 2006-2007: Attended the first, second and third Egyptian Dance workshop and seminar for professional dancers and instructors, held in Cairo, Egypt, and conducted by Mahmoud Reda and Farida Fahmy. Also hosted Sahar Okasha, Shahira Mehrez and Maher Kamal. 2004: Ahlan Wa Sahlan Festival, in Cairo, Egypt 2003-2006: 3 yrs intensive course of Folklore Oriental Dance in Athens, taught by Greek – Egyptian dancer Mary Kouvari, a graduate of the National Dance Academy of Cairo, Egypt (1957) Awards 2006: Awarded as “Recommended Egyptian Dance instructor in Greece” by Mahmoud Reda and Farida Fahmy 2006: 1st place winner at the International Dance Competition in Athens, Greece with a rating of 93% in the Open/National category 2004-2005: 2nd place winner at the International Dance competition in Athens, Greece.
